- Balloon Shop items are non-refundable. If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within 3 days prior to delivery/pick up. We will be happy to apply cost to a future order/booking. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations.
