Wow where do I even begin? Josie was super responsive to my request to have balloon decorations for a recent company awards show. She took my high-level vision for what we wanted and came up with beautiful and creative designs that were perfect for our needs. She was able to accomodate changes to the order and provided timely communication... I hired Josie for my wedding as I have invited families with children and I am here to tell you that Josie was the most popular vendor at my wedding! Josie is BEYOND talented. I've never seen anything like it. We hired her to do some balloon sculptures for our grand opening in addition to offering balloon twisting for our customers on both Sat and Sun of our grand opening. She was truly THE HIT of the weekend. She went above and beyond and created a sundae bar style balloon twisting, complete with a menu and custom "Bruster's" stickers for the ice cream cone creations which turned into great marketing tools as the kids walked the streets of Westwood. She was professional, proactive, and punctual. She puts her heart into everything she does, and her talent is UNMATCHED! Thank you so much, Josie, for making our grand opening a hit.
