Store policy
1 – Balloon Shop items are non-refundable. If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within 3 days prior to delivery/pick up. We will be happy to apply cost to a future order/booking. Any cancellation less than 3 days are not eligible for any rescheduling. If there is an issue with your balloons, please contact us same day at beyondtwistingparties@gmail.com. Although we do not guarantee balloons once out of our care, Beyond Twisting Parties strives to make sure all customers are 100% satisfied with their product.
2 – Balloon Shop orders are delivery or pick up only. Beyond Twisting Parties will confirm/make arrangements for delivery and pick-ups. If order needs to be rushed, please contact us. Additional fee may apply. Delivery fee applies. Delivery only within 15 miles of 10901. Beyond Twisting Parties is in Suffern, NY. Address will be given once pick up option is selected.
3 – Beyond Twisting Parties is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. We use only the highest quality balloons and materials; however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. Balloon Decor used outdoors fluctuate in size in outdoor conditions, oxidize (lose shine/matte, velvety look) and dark colors are prone to popping in direct sun, heat.
