FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What area do you service?
Beyond Twisting Parties services areas within 1 hour of 10901. Hudson Valley (Rockland, Orange, Putnam and Dutchess), Western/Northern New Jersey (Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Morris, Sussex and Passaic) and Westchester County and NYC. There is an additional travel for locations more than 25 miles from 10901.
How much in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as far in advance (2 months) as possible to guarantee your preferred date. Our calendar fills up quickly especially during peak months (March-October). To reserve or hold a date a non-refundable $150 booking deposit is required. Details can be discussed later!
What are your balloons made of?
We use only high-quality balloons that are made of natural latex and 100% biodegradable. We encourage Smart Balloon Practices. Keep balloons secured and don’ t release foil balloons into the air. When finished with balloons always dispose properly.
How long do balloons last?
Beyond Twisting Parties is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. Beyond Twisting Parties uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. Balloon Decor used outdoors fluctuate in size in outdoor conditions, oxidize (lose shine/matte, velvety look) and dark colors are prone to popping in direct sun, heat. Indoor Balloons can last weeks if kept in proper conditions.
